Every screen is populated with fictional data for "Sample Oaks Country Club" (about 450 members across five classes). It is not a real club.

It uses a USFRC-style departmental layout: membership dues, operated departments with their own revenue, cost of sales and payroll, golf course maintenance as a cost center, undistributed operating expenses and fixed charges. Capital dues and capital initiation fees are kept out of operating revenue. Line names are simplified so you can map them to your own chart of accounts.
Both include the full six-tab model, sample and blank versions, the setup guide and 12 months of updates. Pro adds the Board Finance Presentation Template, the Treasurer Orientation One-Pager and the Dues-Increase Member Letter Templates.

No. It's built for Excel for Microsoft 365 or Excel 2019 and later, on Windows or Mac. LibreOffice Calc can open it, though some formatting may differ.
Yes. One license covers one club: your staff, finance committee and board. Please don't share it with other clubs; each additional club needs its own license.
No. It's a planning tool. Initiation fee treatment, capital dues and 501(c)(7) questions should follow your club's policies and your auditors and advisors.
Yes. Line items, member classes and seasonality profiles are all editable. If you add rows, keep them inside the subtotal ranges and re-check the Start Here panel.
It's software-neutral. You type or paste annual budget amounts and member counts; it doesn't connect to your club system.
Yes, if it's released within 12 months of your purchase. 12 months of updates are included with both tiers, and you keep everything you've received.
It's built by a working private club controller.
14-day refund, no questions asked. Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full.
